Personal data processing policy
Last updated: 22 July 2026. This document explains what information may be processed when visitors use the Pelliron website and its communication channels.
1. Scope of this policy
These rules apply to information that may be processed when a visitor uses the Pelliron website or the communication methods provided on it.
2. Information that may be recorded
The hosting provider may automatically record an IP address, browser type, request time, requested URL and server response code. The contact form creates a draft in the user’s email application and does not submit the entered information to the website server.
3. Purposes of processing
Technical information may be used to protect the website, diagnose errors and maintain stable operation. It is not used to make automated financial decisions.
4. Legal basis
Minimal server logs may be processed on the basis of a legitimate interest in website security and reliability. The user initiates any email communication independently.
5. Data retention and protection
The retention period for technical logs depends on the hosting configuration. Reasonable organisational and technical safeguards are applied, although the risks of internet transmission cannot be eliminated completely.
6. Third-party services
The hosting provider and the user’s chosen email service may participate in processing. The website does not sell personal data or transfer it automatically to the broker.
7. User options and rights
Subject to applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing and may object to processing. Requests can be sent to the email address on the Contacts page.
8. External resources and revisions
Links may lead to third-party websites with their own privacy rules. This document may be revised when website functions or legal requirements change.
