Cookie and localStorage policy
Last updated: 22 July 2026. The website uses only the technical mechanisms needed to retain the visitor’s selected preference.
1. Meaning of cookies
Cookies are small files that a website may store in a browser. localStorage performs a similar function by keeping information locally on the visitor’s device.
2. Technologies used on this website
In the static version, the visitor’s notice preference is stored in localStorage under the key pellironCookieChoice so the banner is not shown repeatedly. Advertising, behavioural and analytics cookies are not included in the code.
3. Language selection
The language is determined by the section being viewed: /, /uk/, /ro/ or /en/. No separate user identifier is created when switching languages.
4. Third-party destinations
Opening an external link or launching an email application may take the visitor to a service with its own cookie policy. This website does not control the settings of those services.
5. Managing the preference
Visitors can accept or decline technical storage through the banner. The localStorage entry can be removed in browser settings; after deletion, the notice will appear again.
6. Policy updates
Before analytics, embedded video, maps or advertising tools are enabled, this policy and the consent mechanism must be updated.
